Employer advantage

An immediate return on investment

RMIT’s programs are renowned for their industry focus and are delivered by leaders in their respective fields.

Your employees will be equipped with the most-up-to-date knowledge, skills and invaluable tools and resources relevant to your business.

You will benefit from more informed, efficient and up-skilled teams.

Employee professional development is critical to ensuring your organisation stays at the forefront of industry practice - RMIT’s postgraduate degrees enable this.

Flexible programs

RMIT understands that time constraints can be an issue for employers and employees

Many classes are held outside of work hours so there is minimal disruption at the workplace.

Courses include convenient online components so student contact hours are minimised.

RMIT’s campuses are all easily accessible by public transport.

Optional exit points

Optional exit points offer additional flexibility

Should circumstances arise which lead to a student’s study being interrupted, optional exit points enable them to receive recognition for the courses* already completed.

For example (guide only):

Master = 12 courses | Graduate Diploma = 8 courses | Graduate Certificate = 4 courses

* Please note that a ‘course’ refers to one subject, while a ‘program’ refers to the entire degree.

Scholarships

A number of scholarships are available for eligible applicants. To learn more please speak to Info Corner or visit the scholarships website.

If funding is not available from the organisation, then eligible students can still defer payment through the Government’s FEE-HELP system. Visit the fees website for more information.
