Property Services’ Projects branch provides services to the RMIT University community that include planning, design and construction of facilities for academic and administrative purposes.
Projects is responsible for the management and implementation of all capital works programs.
Projects range from minor works through to major works.
Services
- Delivery of the capital works program for projects valued at $1 million and above
- Delivery of minor works for projects between $5,000 and below $1 million in value
- Project management
- Project planning/feasibility
- Development of the Design Standards Brief - Version 6, 2009
- Development of the Signage User Guide
