Changing your address and personal details

You are responsible for notifying the University if you change your address or personal details.

If the University does not have your current mailing address you may not receive important information about the administration of your program, including enrolment information.

Online

Login to myRMIT and click on the my Details tab to change your:

• home and mailing addresses
• telephone numbers

• emergency contact information.

Please note that you can’t change the following details online:

• name
• date of birth
• gender
• citizenship

• residency status.

To change this information you will need to complete a Variation to personal details form (PDF 149kb 2p) or Notification of change to citizenship/immigration status form (PDF 144kb 2p) and lodge it in person, or post to the Hub.

Alumni

If you are an alumni and wish to change your name, date of birth, gender, citizenship or residency status you must complete a Variation to personal details form (PDF 149kb 2p) or Notification of change to citizenship/immigration status form (PDF 144kb 2p) and lodge it in person, or post to the Hub.

If you wish to change your address, telephone numbers or emergency contact information you can do so at your nearest Hub or contact the Student Administration Support Line during business hours on +61 3 9925 8980.
