Transcripts of results at the Hub

How can I get a copy of my academic transcript?

  1. In person at any RMIT University Hub. (If you can not come to the Hub in person, please supply a friend or relative with a signed letter of authority stating your name, their name, your date of birth and details of the program/s studied and the clear instruction that you wish them to purchase a transcript on your behalf)
  2. Calling the Student Administration Support Line on (+61 3) 9925 8980 - payment is to be made over the phone by credit card
  3. Online – download, complete and return the Transcript Request form (PDF 29kb 2p).

Please write clearly and include all requested information to enable us to process your request quickly.

All applicable charges are to be paid before a transcript will be issued.

The following charges relate to the purchase and posting of academic transcripts:

  • AUD$20 per copy of transcript
  • AUD$25 International registered post (used for ALL transcripts being sent overseas)
  • Courier charges for door to door delivery:
    • AUD$50 for New Zealand,
    • AUD$100 for Asia/Pacific (except New Zealand),
    • AUD$150 rest of the world

Addresses for courier items must include a telephone number and a physical street address, NOT a P.O. Box.

Please note:

  • Transcripts requests received via email will NOT be processed.
  • The form must be returned by fax or post.

*    If you studied at RMIT University prior to 1982, your transcript will be archived and not available at the Hubs. For more information, refer to the Archived Transcripts web page.
