City Campus - La Trobe Street, Melbourne
Train: Most RMIT City campus buildings are located close to Melbourne Central train station which is serviced by all Metro Melbourne’s Train City Loop services. For services that run directly to Flinders Street, visitors to the RMIT City campus can catch a connecting City Loop train service from Flinders Street Station or catch any of the Yarra Tram Swanston Street services (see below).
RMIT’s Buildings 108 and 112 in Bourke Street, Building 113 (Capitol Theatre) in Swanston Street and Building 157 in Collins Street are a short walk or tram ride along Swanston Street from either Melbourne Central or Flinders Street stations.
Tram: Most north-south Melbourne city tram services run along Swanston Street (including routes 1,3,5,6,8,16,64,67 and 72). For those services that run along Elizabeth Street (routes 19, 57, 59) get off at Melbourne Central and walk one block to Swanston Street.
Commuters traveling east-west on services along Flinders Street (routes 48, 70 and 75), Collins Street (routes 109 and 112) or Bourke Street (routes 86 and 96) can catch a connecting Swanston Street service.
Bus: Many bus lines offer services connecting to train and tram services listed above. Check Metlink for details of connecting services in your area.
Brunswick Campus - Dawson Street, Brunswick
Train: Jewell Station (Upfield line) is located approximately 150 metres from the Union Street entrance to the Brunswick campus.
Tram: Sydney Road is serviced by City (Elizabeth Street)-North Coburg tram (Route 19). Tram stop 21. (Glenlyon Road/Dawson Street) is approximately a 250-metre walk from the Brunswick campus.
Bundoora Campus - Plenty Road, Bundoora
Train: The Bundoora campus lies between Thomastown Station (Epping Line) and Greensborough Station (Eltham Line). Bus services run from each of these stations to the campus (see below).
Tram: Tram route 86 runs from the City (Docklands) to the RMIT Bundoora East campus (Stop 71). Visitors to RMIT Bundoora West campus should get off at the Clements Drive (Stop 70).

There is no on-campus parking available for visitors to the University. However there are a number of commercial car parks within a very short walk.
Metered street parking is also available around the City campus. Please note, time limits and clearway restrictions apply.
Brunswick Campus - Dawson Street, Brunswick
Metered parking is available on the Brunswick campus. Time limits apply.
Bundoora Campus - Plenty Road, Bundoora
There are several large open parking areas and a large multi-level car park.
